We are OPEN during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Sundance Clinic is dedicated to providing excellence in women's healthcare and family medicine throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our clinic is open to support patients in this difficult time.

For any and every inquiry, please call our main line (403.254.2030).
Please, DO NOT VISIT WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
Please do not visit if you are even mildly sick; please call to cancel your appointment and we will be happy to re-book you at a later date once you are well (with no late-change fee).

To book your clinic visit call our main line (403.254.2030). All patients must now confirm their appointment the day prior, at which time you will be asked to complete the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire (over the telephone). For the safety of our patients and healthcare providers, some concerns may be addressed first with a virtual visit (phone or web-based) prior to an in-person visit.

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our community, to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 in our facility and to keep our patients and healthcare providers safe.

As recommended by Alberta Health Services this includes:
  • All patients are required to undergo a screening which involves detailed questions to determine your risk of COVID-19. Based on the screening results and the discretion of our staff, patients may be asked to reschedule non-urgent appointments.
  • Staff are screened in the same manner as patients.
  • A sanitation station is available for all patients and visitors. Each person who is able will be required to hand-sanitize and to wear a mask throughout their entire visit.
  • Exam rooms are sanitized between each patient and high-touch surfaces in common areas are sanitized frequently.
  • Please practice physical distancing inside our clinic.  Keep at least 6 feet from others if possible and observe the signage provided to help us.
  • Please arrive at approximately your appointment time (not too early) unless instructed otherwise by reception; this helps minimize the number of patients in the waiting room at any time.
  • To decrease risk of exposure, please visit us alone unless you need an interpreter or assistant; your visitor must also pass the COVID-19 screening questionnaire and will be required to wear a mask while inside the clinic.

Thanks for helping our dedicated staff to ensure the safety of the clinic and all of us.
